About Me
Hi!
You may be wondering, what's with the shower?
As is written on my home page: all good ideas happen in the shower. This has happened so many times to me that it might as well be considered one of the basic laws of physics.
But I'll get straight to the point: this is a blog about my writing experience. I started writing in high school after having read Twilight and was afraid to read anything else after (only for a while) because I didn't think I could love another book so much. HA! Sigh... yes, I was one of those kids that fell head over heels for the series. It still has a special place in my heart no matter what anyone says about it! Because of this so-called fear, I started writing my own stories and creating my own characters. At the very least I have to be thankful to Twilight for launching me down the path of a writer's life.
I love to hear advice and experiences from other authors. It's interesting, encouraging, and usually very helpful.
If you're a new writer, I encourage you to check out my blog, and hopefully you will find something helpful from my own experiences. Feel free to comment and tell me what you've learned, I'd love to hear your experiences as well!
If you're not a writer, I encourage you to check out my blog anyways :)
I want this blog to be a place for me to share what I've learned and to connect with others who share a similar love of writing and the process that comes along with it.
Thanks for visiting!

If there were 3 things you had to know about me:
1. I likely have an addiction to chocolate. If you don't like chocolate, I don't understand you.
2. I hate coffee. I'm guessing many of you don't understand how I can be a writer without coffee. Another fun tidbit: I made it through engineering school without coffee or pulling an all-nighter (it came close - stayed up until 5 am and then passed out for a few hours until my test at 8). So how'd I do it? To this day, I have no idea. But now I rely on tea. Hello all the oolong and chamomile lavender.
3. I'm a do-er. There is so much to do in life, so much to learn, so much to experience, that I can't not be working towards something. Every day is an opportunity and I am that person that gets anxiety over "wasting a day" by not doing anything.
